Radiant Nutrition provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition counseling by licensed, registered dietitians in Texas, in person or through HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
Appointments & Cancellations
Scheduling an appointment means agreeing to the appointment and cancellation policies, including 24-hour notice for changes and potential fees for late cancellation or no-show.
Payment & Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Insurance clients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and balances not covered by their plan. A Good Faith Estimate is available upon request.
